Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Entry-Level Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, responsible for driving customer acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition & Prospecting: Actively identify and engage potential clients through field marketing, direct sales pitches, and community outreach within assigned territories.
- Product Promotion: Educate prospects on our financial offerings, helping them understand how our solutions can support their personal or business growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer retention.
- Account Opening & Documentation: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all required registration and application documentation is accurately collected and processed.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales, deposit mobilization, or loan client acquisition targets.
- Market Feedback: Collect and report valuable market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activities to the team lead to help refine sales strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: OND, NCE, or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc / B.A) in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or customer-facing roles (entry-level candidates with a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply).
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and a result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of the local Lagos market
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
