Guest Relations Officer Location: No. 24 Ndola Crescent, Wuse Zone 5, Abuja Department: Front Office / Guest Services Reports To: Front Office Manager / Hotel Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Jades Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer to serve as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, prompt assistance, and a positive overall hotel experience. Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
- Assist guests with enquiries, requests, reservations, and general information about hotel services and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests, complaints, feedback, and other relevant information.
- Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and encourage positive guest experiences.
- Perform other guest-service duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Hotel Manager.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
- Pleasant, approachable, and professional personality.
