E-Commerce Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven and innovative E-Commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s e-commerce platforms, developing online sales strategies, improving customer experience, and driving revenue through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s e-commerce website, online stores, and digital sales platforms.
• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
• Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, inventory, and promotions.
• Monitor online orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and customer inquiries.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other online channels.
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, sales performance, and conversion rates.
• Identify market trends and competitors to improve product positioning and online sales performance.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional campaigns and product offers.
• Ensure the website provides a smooth, user-friendly, and secure shopping experience.
• Monitor customer reviews and feedback and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Track and report key e-commerce performance indicators to management.
• Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and customer records.
• Explore new online marketplaces, sales channels, and opportunities for business growth.
• Stay updated on emerging e-commerce technologies, digital marketing trends, and consumer behavior.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling processes.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with website analytics and sales performance reports.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales and performance targets.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
