School Operations Officer

Position Overview

• We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized School Operations Officer to oversee key administrative and operational functions that support the smooth running of the school.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional approach to engaging with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen parent engagement by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships.
• Coordinate enrollment activities, including admissions processes, documentation, and student onboarding.
• Support the implementation of operational strategies that enhance the school's efficiency and overall performance.
• Monitor quality control standards to ensure compliance with the school's policies and operational procedures.
• Drive school fees collection by following up on outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Education and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and prepare operational reports when required.
• Support the school's day-to-day administrative operations and perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative or school operations role.
• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance with a smart dressing sense.
• Well-behaved, courteous, and able to interact professionally with parents, staff, and stakeholders.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant digital tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N100,000 – N110,000 per month.
