Sales Representative & Administrative Support Personnel

Job Description (JD)
Sales Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and aggressive enrollment of new players.
- Promote academy programs through high-impact community outreach.
- Convert warm trial leads into active paid registrations.
- Conduct promotional field visits to premium schools and businesses.
- Coordinate local marketing campaigns and community activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents to maximize player retention.
- Manage center-level digital promotions and localized social media.
- Submit daily and weekly sales tracking and activity reports.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle player registration, onboarding, and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate player files, staff records, and attendance sheets.
- Manage student contracts, player kits, and identification systems.
- Support match-day coordination, tournament logistics, and field management.
- Update and monitor training logs and incident reports weekly.
- Prepare and deliver administrative performance reports to management.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
