Sales Executive - Premium Wine & Spirits Retail

Summary
- We are looking for energetic, smart, confident and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and assist them with product selection.
- Drive sales and meet sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Recommend wines, whiskeys, and spirits based on customer preferences.
- Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately and track sales reports.
- Promote ongoing offers and new arrivals to customers.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in wine and comfortable with occasional alcohol tasting for better purchase recommendations.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to persuade and confidently engage customers.
- Must be smart, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Good knowledge of wines and spirits is a plus (but willingness to learn is more important).
- Must be a fast learner and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
Benefits
- Salary: N170,000 - N200,000 / month.
- HMO
- Leave allowance
- 13th month salary
- Pension.
