Graduate Production Trainee

About the Role

• We are seeking a disciplined, eager - to - learn Graduate Production Trainee ready to strictly implement our specialized production and quality control principles.
• This is a hands-on, entry-level execution role on a lean manufacturing floor. It offers a direct fast-track path to a Production Supervisor position upon successful confirmation of performance. We value adaptability, local proximity, and a strong work ethic.

Key Requirements & Operational Conditions
Educational Background:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Agriculture, or closely related technical fields.

Mandatory NYSC Prequalifications:
Every applicant must hold one of the following:

• NYSC Discharge Certificate
• Official NYSC Exemption Letter
• Active Corps Member status (seeking a PPA)
• Applications without any of the above will not be reviewed.

Location Constraint:

• Strictly open only to candidates already residing within Gwagwalada and its immediate environs.
• Applications from candidates living outside this catchment area will not be reviewed.

Work Schedule:

• This is a rigorous, full - time Monday through Sunday role to match factory production cycles.
• Do not apply if you cannot commit to a 7 - day operational schedule.

Salary and Benefits

• Regular Staff — Probation: N100,000 / month
• Regular Staff — Post-Probation: N150,000 / month
• NYSC Corps Members: Separate internal PPA allowance tier applies (the N100,000 / N150,000 structure does not apply to corpers).
• Fast-track to Production Supervisor
