Area Operations Manager

Job Summary
- A fast-growing QSR Operations company is seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
- Drive sales, profitability, cost control and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operating standards.
- Coach, train and develop Outlet Managers and key team members.
- Monitor customer service and ensure consistent brand standards across outlets.
- Conduct outlet audits and regular performance reviews.
- Analyse operational reports and implement improvement plans.
- Work with other departments to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in QSR or retail operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
