Loan Collection & Recovery Officer

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Loan Collection & Recovery Officer to manage overdue loan accounts and drive timely recovery of outstanding repayments. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on overdue loan repayments. Contact customers via phone, email, and other approved channels. Negotiate repayment plans and ensure compliance. Monitor delinquent accounts and maintain accurate collection records. Resolve payment-related issues and prepare recovery reports. Escalate difficult cases where necessary. Requirements: HND/B.Sc. in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years' experience in loan collections or debt recovery within a lending institution, MFB, or fintech. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work under pressure and achieve recovery targets.
