Head of Sales

What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead the execution of a robust sales strategy across all business lines, including agency banking, SME loans, digital payments, and e-collections.
- Build, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase market penetration.
- Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement data-driven improvements to increase efficiency and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent the bank in high-level negotiations, strategic meetings, and industry events.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or business development within the banking, fintech, or financial services sector, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading nationwide sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of Nigeria’s financial ecosystem, especially around digital banking and MSME-focused services.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and performance analytics.
