What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and manage the Retail Sales team
- Drive new customer acquisition and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop strategic business opportunities and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account growth
- Lead negotiations, presentations, and the complete sales cycle
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 10+ years of proven experience in enterprise, B2B, IT, telecommunications, ISP, or technology sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong team leadership, business development, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
