Junior Human Resource Officer

Job Summary

• Fortics Lifecare Limited is seeking a young, proactive, organised, and people-oriented Junior Human Resource Officer to support the HR function of our new hospital centre in Agric, Ikorodu.
• The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee records, onboarding, staff engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and other day-to-day human resource activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and selection process, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Assist with staff onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
• Support attendance, leave, and staff records management.
• Assist with staff communication, engagement, and welfare activities.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and other documentation.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with performance management and staff evaluation activities.
• Handle routine employee enquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support disciplinary and administrative processes as directed by management.
• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the HR/Management team.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of basic HR practices and documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
• Must be proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Important location requirement:

• Applicants MUST reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu Garage, and their surrounding areas.
• Candidates who live far from the stated areas may not be considered due to the location and operational requirements of the role.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
