Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Provide menus, explain specials, and guide guests to their seats.
- Attend to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Take and process accurate food and drink orders.
- Serve meals and beverages according to standards.
- Manage reservations, seating plans, and waiting lists.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining and lobby areas.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation rules.
- Minimum SSCE / OND /BSC qualification.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Neat appearance and professional conduct.
- Basic math and POS operation skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
