Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive product awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and adoption. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, ensuring our products are effectively positioned in the market and resonate with our target audience.
• The role requires a strategic and commercially minded professional with strong product marketing experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling customer value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different customer segments.
• Develop product launch plans and coordinate cross-functional execution.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
• Track product and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Identify emerging market trends and recommend strategies to strengthen product positioning and market competitiveness.
• Create compelling product messaging and marketing content that clearly communicates product features, benefits, and differentiators.
• Partner closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to optimise customer acquisition, engagement, and product adoption.
• Stay updated on industry trends, fintech innovations, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management, or a similar role, preferably within fintech or technology.
• Strong understanding of product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience driving measurable growth outcomes.
