Social Media Marketing Manager

Key responsibilities:
- Shoot and edit photos/videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
- Create graphics, Reels and promotional content using Canva, CapCut and AI tools.
- Manage daily social media activities and engagement.
- Respond to DMs, WhatsApp, website enquiries and customer questions.
- Follow up leads and help convert enquiries into sales.
- Track leads, enquiries and digital sales.
- Capture daily showroom, product and installation content.
- Work alongside the digital marketing agency on the company’s overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media and content creation.
- Strong video shooting/editing and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency with CapCut, Canva and AI tools.
- Good communication, customer service and sales skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and online customer acquisition.
- Must be proactive, creative and able to work independently.
- Must be available to work on-site.
- Experience in doors, construction, real estate, furniture or related industries is an advantage.
Commission: ₦300 for every ₦1,000,000 in successfully completed sales attributable to leads/customers handled through digital channels.
