Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube (property tours, agent spotlights, market updates, testimonials)
- Manage day-to-day community engagement — comments, DMs, reviews
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with listings, launches, and campaigns
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting buyers/sellers/investors
- Manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors and listing viewers
- Track cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), adjusting budgets accordingly
Website & SEO
- Update property listings on the company website and third-party portals (Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.)
- Optimize content for local SEO (neighborhood guides, market reports, keyword-optimized pages)
- Monitor site traffic and conversion rates via Google Analytics
Email & CRM Marketing
- Build and send email newsletters (new listings, market trends, price drops)
- Segment leads in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Follow Up Boss) and nurture them through automated drip campaigns
