HR Supervisor

Key Roles / Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes
• Develop and implement HR policies.
• Oversee performance management and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Manage and supervise payroll administration.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Strong communication, coordination and maintain a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related fields;
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent are highly preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR Management including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Proven experience in Payroll Administration, including salary processing, statutory remittances and payroll compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants must be residing around Lekki/Ajah axis.

Remuneration

• Salary: N250,000 Monthly
• Other Benefits: HMO and Leave Allowance.
