Sales Representative - Retail Store

Summary
- We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail team.
- In this role, you will be the face of our store—helping customers find the right products, delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain product knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and keep the sales floor clean and presentable
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Support inventory counts and store opening/closing procedures as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine interest in helping customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when needed.
