• General Roles: 
  • Retail Channel management: Represent WATU and drive its best interests to different retail stakeholders by providing them with resources to drive in-store channel sales. Profile retail stores based on the existing and new network for Watu in-store sales drive and growth.
  • In-store Agent management: Manage productivity of all in-store agents for daily sales drive across all dealer network, ensuring continuous sales growth alongside set KPIs
• Specific Roles: Customer-facing touchpoint at the Retail Shop
  • Marketing role: Provide company and product awareness to potential and existing retail dealers.
  • Sales Role: Manage and grow the entire sales network through in-store representatives across all dealer network
  • Training and coaching: Continue to train, empower and coach in-store agents on expected sales drive, onboarding process and exceptional service delivery.

 

• Responsibilities:  
  • Onboarding 
    • Ensure the retail stores and adopting to compliant onboarding practices
    • Drive timely reconciliations and settlements.
    • Work in designated multiple locations to onboard and grow the retail channel and support in-store agent productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Demonstrate and display the Watu brand standard.
    • Present and sell our Watu partners’ products/services to new retail store partners by maintaining positive business relationships with our Teams, Partners, and customers to ensure future sales and a good customer experience.
    • Support in the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• • Administrative 
    • Tracking and management of sales performance.
    • Channel management and reporting on productivity per Retail dealers in all states, regions and clusters.

What are we looking for:

• You are passionate about our mission to empower entrepreneurs
• You bring at least 3 Years of working experience within the asset financing (Mobile) industry as a full-time employee or consultant on a frontline business relationship management role.
• Strong verifiable retail channel relationship with active retail stores across Nigeria.
• Self-motivated with high energy and ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and flexibility to adopt fast-paced and dynamic working environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport, work and blend with a team of individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a team spirit to go the extra mile and assist other team members to achieve common goals
• Ethical, compliant professional with no criminal record.

Knowledge, skills, and qualifications required;

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred
• Three years of working experience within the asset financing (Mobile) industry
• Technical understanding of the CRM system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
