Requirements

• Minimum of an HND or B.Sc. from a recognized institution.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to attend to customers professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a neat and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, attend to enquires, recommend suitable products, and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Arrange gifts, hampers, groceries, and other products attractively. Ensure shelves are properly stocked and price-tagged.
• Mointer stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, report shortages, and prevent stock losses.
• Handle customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, organised and professional store environment.
• Submit daily sales reports, payment records, customer feedback and stock updates.
• Demonstrate honesty, punctuality, excellent communiction and proper handling of company products and rescources.

KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION

• Achieve sales targets, maintain accurate inventory, deliver excellent customer service, attract new customers and contribute to the prifitability and growth of the Ogba branch.
