Job Summary

• The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new customers, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company's market presence through direct field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
• Visit existing and prospective customers to promote products and secure orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up on outstanding orders and payments.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, customer feedback, and pricing activities.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide updates on customer visits, leads, and sales performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and complaints.
• Support product promotions and other sales initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Sales revenue achieved against target.
• Number of new customers acquired.
• Number of customer visits and orders generated.
• Customer retention and repeat purchases.
• Timely submission of sales reports and follow-up on payments.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous field sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the assigned territory and customer market.
• Must be willing to travel within the assigned sales territory.
• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT and ClaudeAI
