Sales Executives
ASA Security (Abuja & Lagos)
Job Summary
- A Sales Executive in a leading security company serves as a key point of contact between the organization and its clients, driving sales growth and promoting the company’s security solutions to prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in security services or related industries.
Professional Skills:
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the physical security services industry.
- In-depth understanding of the Lagos market and its business environment.
- Familiarity with the various market segments: residential, corporate, retail, and industrial.
- Expertise in identifying and acquiring new clients in high-demand segments, such as luxury estates, retail outlets, and corporate offices.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and service agreements with high-level decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- A people-oriented personality with strong networking abilities.
- Focused on achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Integrity and Professionalism:
- High ethical standards and respect for client confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking leads, clients, and sales activities.
- Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
Remuneration
Monthly Salary and up to N1,000,000.00 sales commission.
