Job Summary
- The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales to help grow the business.
- An ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and confirm customer orders via phone, whatsapp, email, website, and in-person visits.
- Conduct field visits to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and distributors to generate new orders.
- Promote company products and communicate ongoing promotions to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand customer base.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Provide market feedback on competitor pricing and customer demand trends.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required with 3 - 5 years of experience
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
