Direct Sales Agent

Job Description
- A Direct Sales Agent in a bank is responsible for promoting and selling banking products, acquiring new customers, and facilitating loan applications while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition and Sales: Identify potential clients, understand their financial needs, and proactively sell the bank’s products, including savings accounts, loans, fixed deposits, and other financial services
- Loan Facilitation: Assist customers in applying for various loan products such as personal, home, business, education, gold, machinery, and solar loans, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before submission to the bank
- Cross-Selling: Promote additional bank products to existing and new customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all forms, agreements, and customer documents are accurately completed and comply with bank policies
- Reporting and Performance Tracking: Maintain records of sales activities, submit weekly or monthly sales reports, and participate in performance review meetings
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide personalized service, follow up on inquiries, and address customer concerns to foster trust and loyalty
- Collaboration: Work with marketing teams, product specialists, and sales managers to coordinate campaigns, share insights, and achieve sales objectives
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND / OND with 1-5 years experience.
