Job Summary
- Earl Consulting is recruiting a strategic, high-performing, and result-driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on behalf of a leading real estate firm in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The Chief Commercial Officer will oversee the company's entire commercial strategy, driving sales growth, business development, marketing initiatives, and revenue optimization.
- The ideal candidate is a visionary sales and commercial leader with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute comprehensive commercial and sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue across residential and commercial real estate portfolios.
Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and lucrative investment ventures across Lagos and surrounding regions.
Set aggressive sales targets, operational budgets, and performance KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and empower high-performing sales, marketing, and business development teams to exceed organizational targets.
Oversee multi-channel performance marketing, brand expansion, digital campaigns, and lead generation frameworks.
Ensure optimal alignment between marketing strategy and sales conversion pipelines.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Build and sustain strong strategic relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, investors, and key industry stakeholders.
Represent the organization at major real estate expos, networking forums, and commercial negotiations.
Market Intelligence & Analytics:
Monitor macro and micro market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging PropTech solutions in Lagos.
Leverage business analytics to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field. Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of active, productive, and proven experience in commercial leadership, sales management, or business development within a leading real estate or property development firm.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently delivering on challenging revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, financial acumen, and high-level interpersonal communication skills.
