Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support strategic decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will provide actionable insights that improve operational efficiency, inventory management, sales performance, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business sources.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key business and operational metrics.
- Analyze inventory, sales, warehouse, and distribution data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate periodic performance reports for management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, and warehouse teams to support business decisions.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights on business performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Automate recurring reports where possible.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Support forecasting and business planning through data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a warehousing, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), SQL, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
