Job Description
- We are seeking a highly proactive Recruiter/ Talent Sourcing Officer who excels at identifying and engaging top talent.
- This role is heavily focused on sourcing and headhunting, not just posting jobs.
- The ideal candidate is someone who can go beyond applications to find, attract, and convert high-quality and passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach Identify and engage passive candidates for various roles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers/clients to understand role requirements
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Track and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Strong skills in headhunting and candidate outreach
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
