Project Support Officer (Temporary)

Description
- We are seeking sixteen (16) smart, agile, and detail-oriented Project Support Officers to join an ongoing business project on a three (3)-month temporary contract.
- This role is ideal for recent graduates awaiting NYSC, as well as individuals seeking holiday or short-term employment.
- Successful candidates will support field validation, data reconciliation, and reporting activities, working both in the field and in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field spot-checks to validate project activities and ensure compliance with defined standards.
- Perform system-based data validation and identify inconsistencies requiring resolution.
- Make outbound calls to verify information and confirm data accuracy.
- Review, analyse, and reconcile data using Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
- Document findings and prepare validation reports.
- Escalate identified issues and support timely resolution.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the project team as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other digital tools.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
- Willingness to undertake field assignments when required.
- Able to work independently and meet project timelines.
Ideal Candidate:
- The successful candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing office-based analysis with hands-on field work.
- They must be able to work with minimal supervision, communicate clearly, and consistently meet tight project timelines.
