Job Summary
- We are looking to recruit energetic and results-driven Field Sales Assistants to join our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers within assigned territories.
- Promote and sell the company's products and services.
- Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Provide market feedback and report sales activities to the Territory Sales Representative (TSR).
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements
- Minimum of a School Certificate (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field.
- Good knowledge of the local environment and surrounding communities.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
