Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedAccounts Managerto oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance within our manufacturing facility.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and effective financial planning to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and overall factory financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing or building materials industry.
- Professional certification such as ICAN is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
