To find, attract, convert and selling the bank products and services to customers while building long-term relationships that bring repeat business for the company.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing Side - Creating Demand
- Market Research: Identify who your target customers are, what they need, what competitors are doing, and what price the market will accept. Lead Generation: Find potential customers through field visits, calls, social media, referrals, events, WhatsApp marketing, etc. Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate products/services, share marketing materials, run campaigns and activations. Brand Building: Represent the company positively in the market, protect brand image, gather feedback from customers.
- Reporting & Strategy
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity reports for management Suggest new marketing ideas based on what you see on the field
