Tele-sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telesales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone calls, building strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and promoting the company's products or services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services. Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate product or service information. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Generate and qualify leads to create new business opportunities. Follow up on prospects and maintain regular communication with customers. Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance goals. Handle customer objections professionally and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the company's CRM system. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and market trends. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. Requirements Minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in telesales, sales, customer service, or a related role is an advantage. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good listening skills and customer-focused attitude. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.
