Operations Officer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Operations Officer to oversee our day-to-day running. The successful candidate will ensure that all systems, processes, and resources function effectively and efficiently to optimally and seamlessly achieve the company's strategic goals at the immediate, short, mid and long term. This role is responsible for the overall administration, operations, and service delivery management and optimization serving at the centre across departments.

• Plan, supervise and improve the daily running of our processes, resources, systems, products and services delivery, and the company(s) at large to continuously exceed the company goals and targets.
• Manage administrative functions, performance management, budgeting, procurement and general resource optimization in line with global best practices.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, project execution, and provide regular operational reports and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, organizational management, supervising teams and managing organizational processes or related.
• A postgraduate qualification or relevant additional professional certification is an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and organizational management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with little to no supervision.
• Excellent communication (verbal and non-verbal), decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Solid data management skills, administrative, and technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office, Tech and business management tools.

Salary Range:              ₦250,000 – ₦400,000 per month
