The Opportunity
Oak Exclusive is looking for a Human Resources Officer to manage and grow our people operations as we scale Africa's apparel production. You'll own the full HR lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to performance and culture — ensuring our team reflects the craftsmanship and excellence we put into every product.
Your Mission
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (production, printing, admin)
- Onboard new staff and maintain employee records
- Administer payroll, leave, and benefits
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
- Track and support performance management cycles
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law and company HR policies
- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs

The Purpose of This Role
Own the full HR lifecycle at Oak Exclusive — recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, and building a culture of craftsmanship and production excellence that supports our growing operations in Lekki.
What Success Looks Like
Within 6 months, all departments have a clean onboarding process, time-to-hire has dropped, and employee satisfaction is measurably up. HR policies are documented and compliant with Nigerian labour law.
