Marketer

Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketer to promote the company’s products and services, attract new customers, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The successful candidate will use both traditional and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Use social media, email, WhatsApp, websites, and other digital channels to promote products and services.
• Create and share engaging marketing content to attract potential customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospects and support the sales conversion process.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, presentations, and networking opportunities.
• Track marketing activities and prepare regular reports on leads, customer engagement, and results.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve marketing and revenue targets.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
• Perform other marketing duties assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-driven, proactive, confident, and self-motivated.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Number of qualified leads generated.

• Sales and revenue generated through marketing activities.
