CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES OFFICER
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Employment Type: Full-time Probation: 3–6 months Job Purpose To provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and effectively engage customers across the company's physical and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Serve and assist customers at the point of sale. Sell and recommend company products. Process customer payments accurately. Manage customer enquiries and communications. Support social media community engagement and promotions. Coordinate customer deliveries. Maintain a positive customer experience and support sales targets. Key Requirements Minimum of a first degree in Communications, Arts, or a related field. Excellent spoken and written English. Strong communication, customer service, sales, and persuasion skills. Computer and social media skills. Experience in a target-driven/customer service environment.
