Summary
- A leading financial institution is recruiting passionate, disciplined, and target-driven Loan Officers to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new loan customers.
- Market the institution's loan products within assigned communities.
- Conduct customer verification and business assessments.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work in the field.
What You Should Know
- Salary: N100,000 Monthly
- 70% Field Work | 30% Office Work
- Monday – Friday
- Performance-based role
- Weekly transportation and data allowance provided.
- Accommodation available at branch locations where applicable.
- Loan disbursement is technology-driven; staff do not handle cash.
