General Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership, drive business growth, and ensure the effective performance of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure effective coordination across departments.
• Develop and implement business strategies that support revenue growth and long-term organisational objectives.
• Set performance expectations, monitor team performance, and drive accountability across functions.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of the company’s market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company in high-level client, vendor, and business engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior management or General Manager role.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical equipment, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or related industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, drive business performance, and achieve organisational targets.

Salary

• N300,000 Gross Monthly
• HMO 
• 13th Month Salary
• Leave Allowance
