- The Research Expert will be responsible for conducting high-quality research, developing industry insights, producing thought leadership reports, and supporting policy advocacy initiatives across key sectors of the economy.
- The successful candidate will play a critical role in generating actionable insights, engaging stakeholders, and supporting strategic conversations through data-driven analysis and compelling storytelling
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary market research across various sectors to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design and manage surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and other research instruments using appropriate research methodologies and tools.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to identify market trends, business opportunities, and emerging industry developments.
- Develop high-quality reports, industry analyses, insight papers, presentations, and research publications tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Utilize market research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, and related platforms to support research accuracy and insight generation.
- Monitor economic, regulatory, market, and business trends to provide timely intelligence and strategic recommendations.
- Translate complex data and research findings into clear, compelling, and decision-oriented narratives and presentations.
- Support policy advocacy and thought leadership initiatives through evidence-based research and insight development.
- Engage and collaborate with internal teams, industry experts, stakeholders, and strategic partners in the execution of research projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate assigned research projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with organizational objectives
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field with 4 - 6 years’ experience in market research, data analysis, insights development, or related roles
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, survey design, and data analytics techniques
- Hands-on proficiency in the use of market research and data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, Survey Monkey, or related platforms
