Research Assitant

What You'll Do
- Support stakeholder recruitment, outreach, and interview scheduling.
- Participate in semi-structured interviews and take clear, structured notes.
- Conduct literature, market, competitor, and desk research.
- Maintain stakeholder contact lists, research trackers, and the project knowledge base.
- Support survey administration and weekly synthesis of emerging findings.
Requirements
Who we're looking for:
- Strong research, analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
- Comfort communicating professionally with research participants and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Confidence using spreadsheets, online research tools, and shared documents.
- Interest in healthcare, genomics, public health, business, technology, or market research.
Ideal background:
- Students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Sciences, Biological Sciences,or related fields. Previous research-assistant experience is an advantage.
Compensation
NGN 150,000 - 200,000 per month.
