Success Partner (Remote)

Job Description
- We're looking for a relationship-led Success Partner to be the trusted, proactive point of contact who keeps students engaged, informed, and on track from onboarding through enrolment.
What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of prospective and active students; build trusted relationships with students, parents, and sponsors
- Guide students through onboarding, goal setting, timelines, and admissions milestones - Maintain proactive contact via calls, messages, email, and scheduled reviews - all logged in the CRM
- Monitor engagement, document completion, and application progress; flag risks and stalled cases early
- Coordinate with counsellors, operations associates, and university-partner teams to keep cases moving
- Translate complex admissions requirements into clear, empathetic communication for families
- Collect feedback and help improve templates, resources, and workflows
- Protect confidential student information per data privacy and record-keeping standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years in customer success, student services, education consulting, admissions, or relationship management
- Strong empathy, active listening, and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple cases and deadlines -Comfort with CRM platforms, calendars, and case-management processes
Nice to have:
- Background in international education, university admissions, or study-abroad consulting
- Familiarity with admissions calendars, application documentation, and visa-related milestones
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Additional languages relevant to Mygeecs' student communities
Salary
N250,000 - N450,000 / Month.
