Business Development Partner (Remote)

Role Overview
- The Business Development Partner will play a vital role in expanding HCER’s client base and driving business growth. The role focuses on identifying potential clients, introducing the company’s services, maintaining long-term relationships, and generating consistent revenue streams.
- You will work remotely and operate independently while collaborating closely with the Managing Consultant and business team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and engage potential clients for HR and management consulting services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across industries.
- Promote HCER’s service offerings, including recruitment, outsourcing, compliance, training, and HR advisory.
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and business prospects until closure.Market Development and Strategy
- Research and analyze market trends to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Recommend approaches to improve client engagement and brand visibility.
- Support in developing marketing and partnership initiatives to increase revenue.
Proposal and Communication Support:
- Participate in virtual client meetings and presentations.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the consulting team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Reporting and Collaboration:
- Submit weekly or bi-weekly reports on leads generated, deals closed, and client feedback.
- Attend virtual review meetings and contribute to business development strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the HR, consulting, or professional services industry.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and achieve set targets.
- Access to a smartphone or laptop with stable internet connectivity.
