Van Sales Representative

Job Summary
- Are you an energetic sales professional with a passion for winning customers and exceeding sales targets?
- We are recruiting experienced Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to join our dynamic sales team and drive market expansion across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and value targets.
- Execute daily sales calls according to approved route plans.
- Sell the complete product portfolio to maximize outlet productivity.
- Grow existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new retail outlets.
- Ensure excellent product availability, merchandising, visibility, and pricing compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers.
- Manage van stock effectively using FIFO principles and minimize damages.
- Collect customer payments and reconcile daily cash collections.
- Utilize the GTM/SFA application for route execution and sales reporting.
- Maintain company assets and comply with all road safety regulations.
Requirements
- OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years' experience in FMCG sales.
- Previous Van Sales or Route-to-Market experience is an added advantage.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in mobile sales automation (GTM/SFA) applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Location Preference: Applicants residing in or around Lekki, Ikorodu, or Ojota will have an added advantage.
Salary
N215,000 monthly.
