Medical Sales Representative

About the Role
- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team in Ajah, Lagos.
- The successful candidate will promote and sell our medical equipment and healthcare solutions to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, specialist clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers while building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional clients.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales while meeting assigned targets.
- Coordinate product deliveries and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit weekly reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
Educational requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 1–3 years' experience in medical equipment, medical devices, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
