Position Summary

• The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product availability within assigned territories.
• The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve assigned sales and distribution targets.
• Identify and develop new retail and wholesale customers.
• Increase market coverage and product penetration.
• Execute daily route plans to maximise sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Merchandising & Market Execution

• Ensure products are well displayed and visible at customer outlets.
• Monitor stock levels and minimise stock-outs.
• Execute trade promotions and in-store marketing activities.

Territory Management

• Effectiely manage assigned sales territories.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.

Reporting & Administration

• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Reconcile sales transactions and maintain proper records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SSCE
• Minimum of two (2) years\' proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Must reside within Lagos Island, Ajah, Ibeju Lekki, or nearby areas with easy access to these locations.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission van confidently.
• Must possess a valid driver\'s licence.
• Must own and be proficient in using an Android smartphone.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Road network.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be target-driven, customer-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision.
