Job Summary

• Marsand Bespoke Joinery is seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team.
• The role is focused on actively developing new business opportunities for the Company through field prospecting, client engagement, relationship building, networking, and strategic follow-up.
• We are looking for someone comfortable being in the field, meeting people, identifying potential projects, and turning opportunities into genuine business prospects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active field marketing and prospecting.
• Visit potential clients, project sites, businesses, estates, offices, construction sites, and other relevant locations to identify prospective opportunities.
• Build relationships with homeowners, developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, property professionals, and other potential business partners.
• Introduce Marsand Bespoke Joinery and communicate the Company’s services and value professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and develop them into active business opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing leads to move opportunities forward.
• Arrange and coordinate client meetings, site visits, inspections, and other relevant engagements.
• Gather accurate information about prospective projects, client requirements, project stages, timelines, and decision-makers.
• Work closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Design, and Management teams to ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed over and followed through.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
• Monitor assigned leads and provide timely updates on their progress.
• Identify upcoming construction, renovation, development, and interior projects that may require the Company’s services.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network that can generate recurring business opportunities.
• Represent Marsand professionally at meetings, networking activities, site visits, and other external engagements.
• Provide regular reports on field activities, prospects, leads generated, follow-ups, and business opportunities.
• Work toward agreed business-development and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in field sales, business development, marketing, or a related role.
• Proven ability to generate leads and actively pursue business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional when meeting clients and prospects in person.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to identify potential business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos market and ability to identify relevant locations and business opportunities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and provide regular activity reports.
• Must be willing to travel for client meetings, site visits, prospecting, and other field activities.
• Valid driver’s licence and proven driving experience are required.
• Ability to drive confidently for field assignments and client engagements.
• Good knowledge of construction, real estate, interior design, furniture, or related industries is an advantage
