HR Recruiting Coordinator Intern

Job Summary
- The HR Recruiting Coordinator Intern is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and hiring processes.
- The role contributes to attracting, evaluating, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Support in coordinating the hiring process for new recruits, including pre-employment screening, travel, relocation.
- Support in coordinating career fairs and university engagements.
- Support in maintaining requisition and advertising databases.
- Support in maintaining new employee files and Human Resources records to support future activity.
- Organize the logistics for all assessment sessions.
- Participate in continuous improvement & employee engagement initiatives.
- Continuous communication with candidates on application statues and queries .
- Maintain a good grasp of Talent Acquisition and HR issues.
- Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation.
Experiences & Exposures
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or any related management science or social science field of study.
- A recent graduate not more than 2years post-graduation.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and translate learning into practical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative.
- Must have completed NYSC.
