Coiled Tubing Mechanical Technician We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Technician with extensive experience in coiled tubing equipment and pump systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to work in demanding field environments. Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of coiled tubing equipment and high-pressure fracturing well service pumps
- Maintain and service centrifugal pumps and nitrogen pumps
- Diagnose and repair internal combustion engines
- Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
- Inspect and maintain transmissions and final drives
- Utilize CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience with coiled tubing and pump systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS software
- Technical training certification (required)
