Relationship Manager / HR Assistant

Responsibilities
- Primary Focus: Client + Realtor relationship management
- Secondary Focus: HR support and employee engagement
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years experience
- Must-Have: Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow-up, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills
- Preferred: Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer relationship management, or HR
- Personality: Proactive, professional, people-oriented, organized, diplomatic, and confident
- Important: Candidate must be comfortable dealing with clients, realtors, sales executives, employees, and management.
