Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee company operations.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.

- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of senior management experience.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
- Strong financial and business management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
